"Overall it was a place to sleep. Bathroom fixture were leaky, furniture was rough, chair had puncture marks, comforter was stained and the building was in overall poor condition. Did see a large amount of renovation supplies staged in a lower level, so I have hopes that future stays would be more acceptable."

"The staff was very friendly and polite, easy check-in. The room was excellent very clean tidy and quiet. The pool was warmer than the hot tub which was problematic. The only parking offer was valet. Expedia said it was $15 was $22 but that could’ve been a price update overall good hotel breakfast was fantastic."

"We have stayed at the Armon Hotel before and we were statisfied. This time the hotel room and bathroom were clean and very well cared for. Our problem was that we could not get any sound! We like to use the TV for relaxing, getting news and weather and entertainment. After calling the front desk for help with this, the man said he would send someone. No one came. No call back from the desk. Even though there was an event coming in, I think your existing guests who pay your price deserve your attention.The breakfast selections were cold. We have enjoyed meals at Ricotta. These breakfast selections were limited and Cold. Very disappointed."

"I was provided a renovated room by the front counter attendant. A/C worked, sheets and pillows were clean. Bathroom clean. So room was the best it could be. That said, lipstick on a pig is still a pig. The 'motor inn' is a dump. But what do you expect for $74/85? Absolutely zero amenities. No breakfast. OK if you're just passing thru."
