「Great location and comfortable bed.」

「I picked this place last minute as my original place fell through. Great choice. Very charming place. Rooms were clean and mattress was comfortable. Lots of choices for the buffet breakfast. The theming in the lobby was very pleasant to relax and enjoy the ambiance. The walk to town was manageable. I would stay there again.」

「Everything was great」

「Only issued one keycard because they had a shortage, and that one shorted out twice... The room was clean enough but had obvious wear and tear. I wasn't notified until check-in that I was stuck in a 1st level room despite requesting a 2nd level room. Staff was helpful but very slow, not super proactive. Felt safe because it's Leavenworth, but they only had a half-bolt as security. No latch, no chain. Would not stay here again.」

「We were lock out of our room for over 4 hours and tried to get ahold of someone to re program our room door code and couldn’t get ahold of anyone so we went to the next door neighbor and it just happened to be the property manager. This is why I’m not giving an excellent review since we were unable to get into our room for over 4 hours and had to sit in our car since the weather was cloudy, rainy and cold. Other than that we were happy with the room overall.」

「Convenient location and clean facility」

「The Staff was very helpful. I appreciated their efforts to help me locate a shop in the area.」

「The hotel was OK. The beds and the breakfast were good, but the cleaning products used were very strong smelling and caused breathing issues for my friend.」
