I was in town for a race and knew I would be dirty afterwards and need a shower and wouldn’t make the check out time. She told me not to worry about it! I also lost my key and she was kind enough to let me use another one (thankfully I ended up finding the first one too). "Shower head really crimped down on the amount of water. Really weak shower experience. Laundry machine made more noise and vibration, making you wonder if it is going to fall apart. And a male receptionists with blue manicure or a female receptionist with thick drawn on eye shadows/liners. I expected a bit more professional look in the hotel staff."
