"A+. Very relaxing atmosphere, close to the historic center of Lecce but removed from all the bustle and walkable to the nearby village of Cavalino. Excellent staff too. The Bella 'mbriana restaurant just down the road is magnificent."

"The hotel was extremely dog friendly, which was a relief for me. When you’re traveling with your service pet and you’re constantly being questioned overseas if it’s actually a service pet or if you have a lap dog it becomes anxious making all the time. So, when I walk into a beautiful hotel that welcomes you with a smile and welcomed your pet with a smile it’s such a relief!!! Thank you for the wonderful stay."

"The actual hotel was 5 stars. Wonderful and great location. But the communication was really poor - 2 stars. When you had been travelling all morning and arrive stranded on the road trying to get in. It is not ideal. The pre arrival communication needs to be better. Send one email for one booking and ask for everything to be completed so have codes before arriving."

"They tell you that you are allowed three waters a day. And then they show you the water that’s in the lobby. That’s not the water that you’re allowed to drink for free. So then when you go to check out, they charge you for all the waters you take."

"My original accommodation booking was at another property but the host had to cancel so I booked this one instead and I am so glad I did. The location was a five-minute walk from the city centre and close to all amenities including three restaurants right beside us. The daily breakfast was wonderfully provided with many local dishes being served. The room was cleaned daily (which I was not expecting). Serena and Paola were exceptional hosts and I think this is one of the best experiences...
