"Breakfast was ok but not at level expected after staying at Hyatt Place. It seems as this property was something else and trys to be hyatt. No dining options yet promoted like existed with banners etc. "

"It was a good hotel, but we had no warm water to our shower/tub. Went to the front desk numerous times and was told to keep waiting. "

"It wasn’t worth the money. Front desk staff super friendly. Bar was very unorganized and bartender needed training. They were out of the basic liquors. Wasn’t the cleanness. Expected better for the area and price. "

"Hot tub was broken - this happens and it's understandable if disappointing. However, we were told the pool was ok to use, even though it was green, cloudy and had an odor. The curved shower curtain rod was falling out and sagging, causing the curtain to bunch up near the low part of the curve. The carpeting was wrinkled in the hall and our room and one of our curtains had an eight inch tear in it. When I was told I could use the pool and hot tub at their sister hotel a couple blocks away, we simply moved there."

"No mini bar --- but great top of the building bar and restaurant"

"It was fine. Clean. Our ktichen had one packet of decaf coffee; I had to go to the front desk to get a regular. When we checked in they tlaked about how they would have coffee in the lobby. It was an off-brandof pods, neither decaf or 1/2 caf, and no creamer at all. :("

"All parts of the property were very clean. Parking was well lit. Breakfast was very good. No complaints from me. "
