「Very nice stop in the northern woods. The check in wasn't smooth. We never received the access code so we had to call a number to receive the code. It was easy after we called but would have been nice to just receive it like the email stated. There was a cigarette butt in the planter by the door which was not attractive to nonsmokers arriving. 「We loved our stay. The home is well appointed-clean, secure, and welcoming. The bathrooms are modern, the beds comfy, and the family spaces, living and rec room/bar area were very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciate that kayaks and a canoe were available without additional fees. We also enjoyed the electric fireplace. Perfect spot for a multigenerational gat away. Highly recommend!」

「Our room was on the first floor. The smell of the room was musty and moldy. Ended up going to Urgent Care after getting home from allergy reaction to the mold. Woke up both mornings with my eyes crusted shut. Hot tub had green algae or something on the tiles. There is NOT good air quality and a lot of mustiness that’s not being addressed. 「Enjoyed our early fall stay. We we finishing up a visit to the western UP, and was tired of the overpriced 1star hotels. I figured I could do any worse.
