The breakfast room is so pretty, and the breakfast is truly excellent. The staff were friendly and professional and welcomed our little dogs. It was quiet even though it is right in the center of everything. The bed was very comfortable and all the linens were of excellent quality, i would definitely stay here again,

Beautiful hotel in quieter area away from crowds but still just a few blocks from most major attractions. My only disappointment is we booked two identical rooms (Deluxe Double or Twin Room, River View) and one was a big bright corner room on the top floor while the other was small and dark and directly above lobby bar and music was loud. Aside from that everything was wonderful.

Amazing! Only negatives were the pool hours were short and that they charge for pool towels. Everything else was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had a good variety. The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was helpful and kind. Absolutely recommend to anyone but especially Americans visiting Italy for the first time. The free spa was a huge perk.
