「ホテルは街の中心地にあります。付近には色々なレストランがあり、歩いて夕食に行くとしても苦にならないと思います。また、外側から見た感じやロビーも非常に豪華な感じです。初めてのメンドーサでの滞在であれば、特におすすめします。」

「Caso Agostino was beautiful, clean, and in one word, amazing. The staff were attentive, caring, and did their absolute best to assure we were happy. Daily cleaning service, and wonderful breakfast. The dinner (Asado) is definitely worth it, and a great personal experience. The location is located about 20-25 minutes outside the 'city', but that's what we were looking for. You'll require a car.」

「今回、合計3泊しましたが、最初の2泊の部屋はダブルベッドでしたが簡易キッチンがイマイチでした。次の1泊はダブルベッドでしたが部屋も広く、キッチンも十分な広さがあり快適でした。キッチン道具は不十分です。」

「In the service industry things can you wrong but it’s how you recover and make the customer 100% satisfied. The weather was very bad when we checked into Cielo. We were warmly greeted with hot coffee and tea before our room was ready. There were a couple of issues with our room as a result of the weather. Nobody’s fault. Hotel Cielo and management addressed the issue immediately and provided us options. The views from their loft are spectacular and I’m sure ona clear day, the views of the Andes...

「Excellent!! Beautiful property and area! All the staff was extremely helpful, polite and friendly! Marcela and the kitchen staff were very attentive, friendly and so caring! The food was great and the hotel is so peaceful and beautiful. Loved the nature all around and the views of The Andes! The area is walkable and has safe access for bikes which was great to visit bodegas a bit further. We absolutely loved the days we spent there… 3 nights were not enough! Will recommend and will be back! 」
