This vineyard hotel has thought of everything, from a cinema room, sauna, hot tub, pool to the onsite pizzeria & restaurant. We opted for the special asado menu which was amazing with our own private chef & 6 courses alongside fabulous wine - it doesn’t get any better!

O hotel possui uma estrutura espetacular. Poucas vezes vi algo tão bem em estrutura física. O hotel só deixa a desejar na cozinha. Poucas opções de refeição. O café da manhã poderia ser mais organizado. A ideia de colocar todos os hospodes na mesma mesa não é boa. O jantar é muito limitado para os hospedes. Pode melhorar muito no que se refere a cozinha.

ótima estadia e muito bem atendidos. Hotel bonito, excelente café manhã, restaurante e quarto muito confortável. Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa. Para ficar uma experiência inacreditável poderia ser feito um investimento em piscinas aquecidas, banheiro com hidromassagem e box com dois chuveiros no chalé conforto.

This was a wonderful choice for my family. My husband and myself, plus 3 adult children and their significant others. Good location, relaxing, bicycles, gym, pool, games. It was perfect for us. Thank you for all your hospitality!

O lugar é limpo e belíssimo. Os funcionários são educados, mas não tem estrutura de hotel. Cobram de forma desorganizada. Eu mesmo estou sendo cobrada por um valor que não devo porque é despesa de outro quarto cujos hóspedes estão tentando pagar desde do check-out e não conseguem. Se quiser jantar de noite, também não tem estrutura. Tivemos que pedir pizza fora do hotel. MUITA DESORGANIZAÇÃO. Decepcionada!!!!!

Fabulous Experience

Excellent experience at Casa Agostino. Our host, Serena, was friendly and professional and spoke excellent English. The property is well maintained and has two pools, great amenities, and a fantastic breakfast.

Casa de Campo linda e confortável

Ficamos hospedados na casa de campo, que é linda e super confortável. Todos os atendentes foram muito solícitos e atenciosos. Uma baita experiência que super recomendo. O que é importante destacar é que a propriedade é mais afastada do centro, então caso tenha transfer contratado para os passeios, vai funcionar muito bem.

Caso Agostino was beautiful, clean, and in one word, amazing. The staff were attentive, caring, and did their absolute best to assure we were happy. Daily cleaning service, and wonderful breakfast. The dinner (Asado) is definitely worth it, and a great personal experience. The location is located about 20-25 minutes outside the 'city', but that's what we were looking for. You'll require a car.

Luxury Experience

Perfect stay! The property is beautiful, quiet and very clean. Friendly staff that made us reservations for other wineries and dinners made our stay so easy. Breakfast is delicious and served all the way till 11:30. Chef Gaston made us an amazing dinner experience and also serves tasty pizza as the pizzeria. Although it's a luxury hotel it's family friendly with a nice game room and children's menus. It's so nice we extended our stay and definitely would come back.

Fica dentro de uma vinicola. A Serena, é ótima! Muito agradável, ela foi muito cuidadosa e atenciosa. Mas é necessária ter atividades na hospedagem que dê oportunidades aos hospedes de usufruir mais da vinícola. Estava tudo fechado.

I loved this place, the staff is great and is always ready to help. We couldn't use the bikes as they were under repair. Near the area there is not much to do, there are a couple of winerys but I recommend renting a car

Experiência incrível

Casa Agostino foi uma bela surpresa em nossa viagem. Quartos grandes com cama extremamente confortável. O hotel é dentro uma vinocola então você consegue andar pela propriedade e apreciar a natureza. No almoço tem 2 restaurantes e no jantar eles oferecem alguns pratos muito saborosos. Café da manhã espetacular com frutas colidas da própria horta. Não deixem de provar o iogurte natural é realmente muito bom. Quando chegamos no hotel Frederico nos indicou um motorista muito bom para fazer nossos passeios por mendonza. Só tenho elogios para a experiência incrível que tivemos em casa Agostino.

Lugar para relaxar como se estivesse em casa

Nossa estadia foi super agradável. O quarto é amplo e confortável com lençóis e toalhas de qualidade. Os funcionários são atenciosos. Não conseguimos ir ao restaurante porque fecha às quartas feiras. O café da manhã é bom mas não é muito variado, não tem iogurtes, granola e frios. Disponibilizam algumas frutas durante o dia. Para se hospedar melhor estar de carro, caso precise sair do hotel pois fica numa região afastada. O hotel disponibiliza bikes para pedalar pelo vinhedo.

Tuve una estancia increíble en este hotel, donde todo superó mis expectativas. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el servicio fue impecable y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Las instalaciones son hermosas, con un diseño moderno y cómodo que crea un ambiente relajante, acogedor y te hace sentir la cultura del vino. Todo estaba limpio y bien cuidado, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más agradable. Quiero destacar especialmente a Flor y Jorge, quienes fueron absolutamente excepcionales. Su atención al detalle y su amabilidad hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera aún más memorable. Flor siempre estuvo disponible para ayudarnos con cualquier solicitud, brindando todo su apoyo. Jorge, por su parte, se encargó de que todo estuviera perfecto, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuesto a asegurarse de que no nos faltara nada. Definitivamente, este hotel tiene todo lo necesario para una experiencia única, y la dedicación del personal, en especial Flor y Jorge, hace que sea aún más especial. ¡No puedo esperar a regresar!

Our home in Mendoza! Stunning small home, human size and therefore personalised attention from the amazing staff always there or responsive on WhatsApp even prior our arrival. Winery on site, book a tour direct with reception. Gorgeous room terrace to enjoy quietness. Beautiful and big enough pool. Super comfy beds. Large room. Spotless everywhere. Separate ‘self’ entertainment room near pool with kitchen, pool table and chill area with TV. Excellent wifi. Massage booking available. Best empanadas on their snack menu. Amazing breakfast. Honesty bar. Cannot fault anything even if I tried. Definitely recommended and would go again. Note there is nothing around so need car or taxi or bus. Thank you again to the team!!!!!

Beautiful property but disorganized

This was a bit of an odd stay for my husband and I. The property, grounds, and winery were nothing short of stunning. The staff was friendly, but everything seemed a little unorganized and discombobulated. When we arrived we were told we needed a reservation for the restaurant or pizzeria and they were only open for lunch. This was a little off putting as that was not mentioned in advance and we had looked forward to helping ‘prepare’ dinner with the chefs as it’s noted you can do on their website (I even mentioned this via WhatsApp communication prior to our arrival). We were able to get into the pizzeria for a late lunch luckily as there is nothing else around the surrounding area. All in all there were a lot of people on the property and not enough amenities to support the guests. We tried to ride bikes, they were all spoken for; we tried to enjoy the jacuzzi or sauna (which only fit 2) and each time they too were occupied. Would I stay again? Probably, again it was beautiful and the honesty bar was a nice touch. Would I recommend it to a friend? No, I’m well traveled enough to roll with the punches but for others who maybe don’t it could lead to a disappointing stay.
