"This was a bit of an odd stay for my husband and I. The property, grounds, and winery were nothing short of stunning. The staff was friendly, but everything seemed a little unorganized and discombobulated. The rooms were very large and extremely well equipped; we had three separate outdoor living areas that we throughly enjoyed during our stay. "In the service industry things can you wrong but it’s how you recover and make the customer 100% satisfied. The weather was very bad when we checked into Cielo. We were warmly greeted with hot coffee and tea before our room was ready. There were a couple of issues with our room as a result of the weather. Nobody’s fault. Hotel Cielo and management addressed the issue immediately and provided us options. The views from their loft are spectacular and I’m sure ona clear day, the views of the Andes...
