"The whole concept of stoked is great. Unfortunately it plays out a little different in reality. Upon arriving we were informed that we’d booked the basic package which came with a tent and no sleeping bag or mat. Obviously the fault is ours but I talked to several other campers at stokes and they had the same problem. It didn’t cost us too much extra but I’d like to see it addressed. "Quiet location with a bit of a walk to the central plaza and restaurants. A good deal for when city is busy in festival as bus is across the street and drops off block to plaza de toros. Staff was friendly and helpfull laundry area came in handy for long travel"

"Everything was great. Arrived at 22.00, checked in remotely using a console in reception, weird, but worked fine. The waiter told us where to park, 5 mins away in a public space but safe and fine. Back at hotel, we checked in then had a lovely meal in the restaurant."

"This place was great. We stayed in a beautiful clean comfortable room with a balcony and kitchenette, at a great price. We stayed in one of their Pamplona properties. We will definitely be checking out their others when we get to Madrid and Malaga. They don't have customer service staff at the location but any messages we sent them through WhatsApp were answered promptly."
