Good nice accomodation, although there are a few things to be improved: - wifi did not work for the whole day we have been there, and personnel did not seem to care to get this fixed - little warm water in the room so that we ended the shower in a cold waterfall - quite sad breakfast for this price level: no croissants, no orange juice (come on, we are in Spain!!!), one single and very slow coffee machine creating queues I would not recommend this facility, and I would not return here.

Fuimos al hotel Jakue para atender un evento que teníamos en Pamplona. A solo 20 minutos de Pamplona, ubicación inmejorable. Puente La Reina nos ha sorprendido como población El Hotel limpio, las habitaciones renovadas y en muy buen estado. La cama cómodisima. La atención del personal genial. Un hotel a tener en cuenta si te desplazas a esa zona de Navarra. Seguro que volveremos.

Hotel is a 10 minute walk into the town centre, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpfull. There's plenty of on site parking, it's quiet and clean. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant is closed at this time of year, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from in town.

El personal amable, la cafetería muy práctica. Nosotros encontramos el restaurante cerrado. Las zonas comunes, bien, las habitaciones necesitan una renovación urgente, sobre todo el baño. Estuvimos el 29 de octubre y tuvimos que dormir con la ventana un poco abierta, mucho calor en la habitación.

Our family of three stayed there for one night and had a pleasant stay. It is right on the Camino, so it is perfect for pilgrims. They have a restaurant on site, so we didn’t have to venture into town to get dinner. Our room is huge, with two single beds and one queen bed. However, the single beds are placed oddly in the room, so one could bash one’s head getting up. But, otherwise, everything is good.
