「The Grand Hotel Victoria is an amazing property with a warm and friendly staff willing to help at all times. Our stay in a Jr Suite was spectacular, with a deck and expansive views of Lake Como. The rooms were very nicely appointed and the staff was very responsive to cleaning requests, turn down service and requests for things like ice and pillows. 「Super clean and comfortable. Not fancy, but nice. Great and friendly service. Good breakfast. Nice pool area. It is a good 12 to 15 minute walk to town, uphill on the way back, but doable. Nice and quite hillside. Great for relaxing with a drink by the pool after exploring other areas of lake como! 」

「The property was a joy. The views, the comfort, the historical deals where all an absolute pleasure. We were a large group celebrating a milestone birthday. It fit perfectly for our needs. We had a few issues with the gate at check in, but George was quick to respond and great to work with. Please note, this is a historical villa, so you will have the issues that go along with an older home, but none distracted from our stay, just added character. Thank you for an amazing time! 「Overall it was a beautiful house. We unfortunately had issues with rainwater coming through and flooding the foyer during an extreme thunderstorm our first night. The oven had not been properly grounded, and would give a fairly decent shock to anyone that touched it. The house in reality only sleeps 7 adults, instead of the 8 people advertised. The location called for beautiful views of the lake, but was an extreme hassle to get to and from the center of town. 」
