"Excellent location with proximity to UNC and restaurants "

"I didn't have the breakfast so I don't know what it was like, however I did go to the pool and the reason I choose this hotel was because of the pics of the pool with all the floaties in it and it looked so clean. I was with my two young grandkids and that's what we were expecting. Although I'm sure due to COVID a while ago they were removed, however with proper cleaning of the floaties, a least a few would be nice. But I did enjoy my stay, staff was excellent!!...clean and nice facility. I would come back. "

"Perfect location for a concert at Cats cradle or anything UNC Chapel Hill campus. Overall, the place was very nice and clean.The address in the listing was incorrect and took us to N. Greensboro instead of S. Greensboro. We contacted the property manager through VRBO and it took a while to hear back. Once they update the address on the listing, it will be fine. Overall, a good place to stay."

"We were in the area for a lacrosse tournament! The location of the house was fantastic for exploring Franklin Street! The beds were very firm and one bed was on a bit of a tilt as the floor seemed to be a little off level. We also had a little issue with the hot water for showers. Overall it was a great location and a clean house. "

"The host is friendly. It is a peaceful place. As other guests reviewed we heard footstep noise from the main floor. But they did not bother our sleep time. Dog’s footsteps are so cute. We liked many toilet papers, towels and others are on the closet. The lint from the towels gets on our face and body after wash. The bed is too comfy. We do not need to find the AC control because of the room temperature was comfortable for us. I enjoyed the Nespresso. Easy check out! Thank you "
