Villetta Jannara is a vacation cottage for rent in Torre Specchia Ruggeri,
marina di Melendugno. The house is surrounded by a large garden
protected by an automatic gate, with areas for relaxation and outdoor
dining and parking space.
The cottage sleeps up to 6 and is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, outdoor shower. Pets allowed.

In
the garden that frames Villetta Jannara there is also a lovely trullo,
characteristic of the area. The cottage has a spacious porch covered
with large windows and furnished for outdoor dining, and relaxing in the
cool air.
The entrance to the house is into a hallway that leads to the various rooms. The house consists of living room with open kitchen, dining room, 1 double sofa bed and TV; 2 double bedrooms, 1 full shower room and 1 half bath with toilet.
In addition, at the back, another furnished porch is complete with outdoor shower and washhouse.

Villetta
Jannara is a country house located in Torre Specchia Ruggeri, a lovely
seaside resort along the award-winning coast of Melendugno. The cottage
is located just 1.2 km from the sea and allows you to reach other
locations famous for beautiful beaches, such as San Foca and Torre
dell`Orso, in just a few minutes by car.
 



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1 - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
- Mosquito net not present in all windows.

MAISON BIEN SITUÉE MAIS MANQUE DE CONFORT

le gros point problématique est la literie. Absolument inconfortable. Nous n'avons pas dormi cette semaine de congés alors que nous en avions bien besoin. Pas assez de torchons de cuisine. L'annonce dit "2 salles de bains". Ce n'est pas juste, il y a une salle de bain et un coin douche dehors.
