Peacefully located within a short walk to the spectacular surf and rock pools of Dimmick’s Beach, this cosy beach house features immaculate light-filled interiors, eclectic styling, heating, cooling and a fireplace. Suited to families or mature groups looking for a coastal ‘home away from home’, the property also has a massive sundrenched backyard where days can be spent playing in a wonderland of cascading gardens, and nights relaxing to the sound of crashing waves from the nearby surf.

IMPORTANT
• Schoolies and groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances.
• Strictly no parties or gatherings of any type – this host's properties are offered for private accommodation purposes only.
• The property is dog friendly, on request, and your pet is subject to conditions if approved. A small dog may be able to get under the side gate.
• While the host offers the ability to book instantly, you will be contacted to confirm written acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of your stay.
