"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. "Everything about this experience was excellent. The staff prepared great food and took great care of us. The property is beautiful and very comfortable. My only advice would be that travelers should know that it is about a 4-5 hour car ride from the airport in Denpasar. It is well worth the effort though, I cannot say enough about how happy we all were to have stayed here."

The villa is challenging to find even with Google maps, but once you are there you will not regret it. It's a real gem and worth the trip. "The in-villa team are the most helpful and friendly people. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The villa is immaculately cleaned daily. If I were to have one minor gripe it would be that there is a lack of comfortable seating. "

"What can l say about our stay here. It a bit of a way to walk into the town. The path were different . Taxi a bit hard to find. But saying all of that was it worth it YES YES YES. Now about the Hotel well it was wonderful. It only small but perfect just on the beach, The room we had massive beautiful view. They serve breakfast which was great. Can do Food as well, well cooked. Now for the best stuff the Staff you could not asked for a more friendly group of People. Mega is wonderful hostess the staff could not do enough for us. Would we go Back in a heart beat.
