「Alles vom feinsten」

「Rigtig dejligt ophold, en skjult perle midt ude i skoven. Restauranten laver dejlig mad både morgen, middag og aften. 」

「The most amazing place, spacious villa, all wood with carvings. Plantation with many different trees and plants. So quiet. Pool area so beautiful with nice furniture. The whole place is out of this world and the people are so nice and helpfull.」

「Had a great villa with private pool and breakfast for reasonable cost」

「When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. Highlights were the trek in the dense rainforest of Mt Batukaru and the warm welcome of village life in Karya Sari. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.」

「A beautiful setting with wonderful staff, even if one or two lacked attentiveness. The bamboo bungalow was beautiful. The bed and beddings were 5/5; very comfortable. Unfortunately, the accolades stop there. Because the "retreat" is so remote, there are no other eating options nearby so guests have to rely on the hotel restaurant. As good as the food was (save for the cold soups), the options were very limited. This was unacceptable given we were the only guests and the menu was not extensive at...
