「This property is worth to stay while you are in CDMX. Our room (2nd Floor) has a kitchenette however just to get hot water we had to go to the common area (3rd Floor), it would have been nice to have a mini kettle in the room. Second evening somebody in the common area put the music very loudly so probably it would be better to revise the regulation to all customer. If you look for the place to stay in La Condesa this is one of good choice.」

「The location was excellent with lots of stuff to do nearby. There’s a park in front and businesses close by midnight, which means you get a quiet good nights rest. All of the rooms were clean and the beds big enough for couples. The kitchen was equipped with necessities and the balcony offered a nice space to relax. I especially loved the rooftop - great spot to work, read, or just chat with friends. 」

「It's close to central of the city and not so far from the bus station(you still need to get a taxi about 10-15min though).it seems not dangerous even midnight.receptionists don't speak English but helpful and warm.they also arranged taxi in early morning for us.good hospitality.」
