Our room (2nd Floor) has a kitchenette however just to get hot water we had to go to the common area (3rd Floor), it would have been nice to have a mini kettle in the room. Second evening somebody in the common area put the music very loudly so probably it would be better to revise the regulation to all customer. If you look for the place to stay in La Condesa this is one of good choice.」

「In a word...DONT! we had the experience of being in an apartment overlooking a courtyard , directly above one bar and directly across from another(see pix) We literally could not sleep before 2 am every night of our 7 day stay. Contacted management. No response. While we can not speak for other floors of this building we can assure you if you are on same floor we were you will not sleep at night. The staff was nice, location was amazing. Sadly, the complete inability to sleep at night killed...

「Casa Izeba is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the vibrant Roma Norte neighbourhood. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The entire team (Anna, Albert, Sofia and Elizabeth) went out of its way to welcome us and make sure nothing was overlooked during our stay. The rooftop terrace is a lovely spot to enjoy complimentary cervezas and snacks. You can't beat the location for its access to numerous incredible restaurants. Of course, it is next door to the renowned Panaderia Rosetta...

「Second time back to this KUKUN property. Staff is always friendly and communication is seamless. The space is extremely clean, neutral of any sort of odors. I was staying in a room with a view to the front entrance. It had plenty of sun from the main street on Tonala. Near by lots of nightlife roughly around two blocks away plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. The only drawback is they are missing full length mirrors. Outside of it great place to stay at.」

「Room was large and clean. Great location and super easy to get around the city from there. Communication was poor prior to check in, but once you get the app access for the check in and check out. All of that was simple. 」
