"Me gustó todo, el personal que atiende en la recepción, las que realizan limpieza en los cuartos y todo el personal que trabaja en el desayuno super atentos y que nomás me olvide los empleados en el rooftop excelentes. En fin el hotel Hunter By Jalo es buenísimo. Gracias a todos por su amabilidad para con nosotros. Definitivamente volveremos. Alexis y Lorraine"

"The rooms a very small, no closed or drawers to put clothing, pool very small and very hard to access, the location of the hotel is horrible since you can hear all the loud parties happening around. I like to party but once in my room would like to not hear outside noise which lasted all night since is at the center . The breakfast not worth it. Same buffet every single day. Stay for 5 days same food items. Can’t take to your room or outside the lobby. The staff was helpful, professional. We got stuck in the elevator and emergency buttons do not work. Had to contact front desk thru message which of the person cell had signal otherwise. No one apologized just simple rest elevator after us being stuck and ask nothing. Not worth the price."

"The facilities are great. The doors are paper thin. If you are on the 4th floor and someone in the 8 floor closes their door you can hear it as if it was next door. The front desk workers couldn’t help, they claim the entire building is like that. Really sad for such an otherwise nice hotel."
