"Our room was nice however the bathroom floor was dirty (hair and dirt) and the sink barely drained."

"The afternoon/evening front desk staff (the young girl with colorful dyed hair) was very unprofessional and rude. When we checked in, she was just lounging on the guest couch in front of the front desk with her phone, she looked like we were inconvenience her for checking in, not pleasant at all. When we came back to ask another question she was just dismissed us. The same thing two days after when we asked for fresh towels since the housekeeping couldn’t clean the room because my husband is still in the room working, but it was totally our fault so its fine. But the front desk the same girl was very rude about giving us fresh towels and also for asking water bottle she said we should pay for the water, but finally she reluctantly gave us 2 bottled water. "

The breakfast attendant/cook was on top of the cleanliness and orderliness of the eating area. She made sure to promptly refill any items running low.
