気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
We stayed in two rooms, one smelled like sour beer and had a large dead fly smeared on the window and the other was dirty. There was no cleaning service for the second room although we stayed two nights. We had two reservations and was told prior to our stay that we could stay in the same room, but we had to check out of the first room in the morning and couldn't check in to a second room until the afternoon. The hotel had "upgraded" our first room to a king size bed, when we had reserved 2 full/queen size beds. We did not want the upgrade but there was no alternative when we arrived at the hotel, and there was no attempt to accommodate us in any other way. This is a one-star hotel with one-star service.
