"Loved the amenities such as pool areas, spa, breaking buffet, nice staff. As others have noted, rooms could use a refresh. Carpet changed out to vinyl flooring, paint job on the walls would go a long way. Otherwise, loved having a balcony that overlooked the pools and the Mediterranean. We really enjoyed our staff. Staff was excellent and accommodating. Front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff all A++! "

"Really lovely hotel with lovely staff. We had a great room overlooking the bay and it was so beautiful and quiet. Great transport links and an easy walk to local shops. Cafe24 was a great little place for some early evening cocktails."

"Had another excellent stay at hotel. Highly visible management team ensure that high standards are maintained for guests. We stayed in a room with Mclub access and enjoyed using the lounge area, pre-dinner drinks and canapés are a lovely touch. New pool area is very clean and well organised, we especially liked that every lounger had access to shading umbrellas. The umbrellas had call buttons on them to call waiting team ensuring that guests had easy access to food and drinks when you wanted without having to catch staff as they passed. Hotel is very convenient for the efficient local bus service and the restaurants in the surrounding areas. Would highly recommended and will definitely return. "

"Excellent facilities throughout for adults and children. Friendly courteous staff. Even though one of our rooms was delayed in getting it ready for us we were upgraded to sea view from garden view. All in all we enjoyed our six night stay at this hotel and will love to return!"
