We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We especially loved the indoor pool, which we had mostly to ourselves and was a real highlight.
Unfortunately, our original room had a leak, but the team handled it brilliantly by upgrading us to a better room and giving us vouchers for dinner to make up for the inconvenience. Their excellent customer service really stood out and made us feel well looked after.

The hotel was unique but the room was a bit odd and difficult to maneuver because the bed was upstairs and the bathroom was downstairs. Not good for those with leg or knee problems
