Not happy at ALL
I made this reservation but told the property owner the day of that I had to check in the next day due to an urgent work matter. She said "OK," I'll let the resort know. She didn't, nor did she tell me that they would "give away" my reservation. So when I arrived the next day they said they don't have any record of me. When they did find her name they only had a one bedroom (I reserved a 4BR). Obviously, this wouldn't work for my entire family, so I ended up reserving a 4BR directly with the resort. The owner and VRBO came back and said the resort gave away my 4BR because I checked in a day late and didn't have anything other than a 1BR. Well, magically, I was able to book a 4BR on the spot, so obviously there was availability. Do not recommend this property and the way VRBO handled this I don't think I'll be using them again.
