The orange juice being in the refrigerator with a Saran Wrap cover that each customer had to touch to open was not very sanitary. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and helpful upon arrival and departure. "

"Parking is just on the street and you’re lucky if you can find one right at the hotel. They do not have a luggage cart and a very big deal to us was NO elevator! No other employees to help with luggage or valet your car. Location was the best reason to stay, you can walk to many bars and restaurants but downtown is also in the middle of construction so wear your walking shoes! Also, you have to have codes to get in the hotel and in your room. We experienced not being able to get back into hotel with the code we had and no one working there in a Saturday morning and calling the number on the door and no one answering. That was our decision not to stay in the future. "
