"Great location for a relaxing weekend "

"Everything was off. I booked online but when I got there there was no room reserved for me. They improvised a smaller room than what I had paid for without any remorse. The front desk didn't even try to hide it that they hadn't booked a room for me. The room had a stench from the shower drainage system, and another guest at my arrival was complaining of the same. All the time I was there, I showered cold water and the place is really cold. Dinner was practically for fighting, with orders taking...

We were disappointed that in their listing it stated that they had Wi-Fi all over the property. In reality, there wasn't Wi-Fi anywhere. As it turned out there really wasn't Wi-Fi anywhere in Homa Bay. Our room was quite noisy as the outdoor kitchen was below our window. There was banging and activity going on day and night.
