「Clean room」

「Traveling for a family event in the area. Staff was ok. Room was barely adequate, very run down. Tub wasnt the cleanest and very dingy and old. What was horrible was the room next to me had two large dogs who barked alot and the occupants came in after midnight they were extremely loud, dogs barking, yelling, banging doors it kept me up most of the night both nights. Then I attempted to have breakfast on Saturday and they were out of mostly everything at 9:15 They opened at 9. Would not stay...

「Good breakfast, clean quiet room...BUT ...the advertised on site restaurant was not there “we’ve never had one”. I’m beginning to wonder if the problem might be with Expedia. This latest trip was three nights and two out of three of the lodgings that we booked were advertised by Expedia as having on site restaurants which were non existent . Expedia should review the accuracy of its information, since it is unlikely that a facility would report an on site restaurant when they’ve never had one. I...

「Came to the area to evacuate from hurricane Isaias; the front door said that there were no vacancies and that the rooms were booked. I wound up getting a room here on Expedia and the front desk. Girl looked at me like I was crazy when I said I had a reservation. I almost didn’t believe that it went through because she was certain that there were no availabilities they did let me check in early, but the room was nasty. There was garbage still in the trash cans; had a maintenance person, some sort...

「Room was clean and up to date. Staff was friendly and courteous.」

「Location and pricing」

「Staff was wonderful, Ms Lily, Ms Julia, Ms Gloria, very nice and helpful .Parking was great 👍👍👍」

「This place was absolute perfection from the second we walked until we walked out. The friendliest staff and owners. Super comfortable beds and a delicious fine dining steak house right in the building. The grounds are stunning with peacocks, bamboo and a stunning fountain with seating all around. I couldn’t believe how good of a deal the Putnam Lodge. If I could give 10/5 stars!!!!!!!」

「Room had a wet damp smell.」

「The staff were very friendly and engaging which was nice. The property was clean and as was the room. Only two minor issues was the bathroom. It's small so you have to either step inside shower to close door or stand in between toilet and shower to close door Only other minor issues is pillows. I'd advise bringing your own or asking if they can give an additional one as hey don't provide much support for sleeping. Overall nice experience with lot of different food choices」

「Where to start. Ok, booked this room for one night for my son in law to shelter from the hurricane away from the beach. He got there around 6 pm. The person at the desk spoke no English and had no clue how to process his Expedia reservation. Finally called someone who managed to get him checked in. He got his key and went to get something to eat. Came back walked into the room and it was all down hill after that. There were dead cockroaches on the floor. No bottom sheet on the bed. No toilet...

「well there was an old used bar soap in the in the drain of the tub and it had bugs crawling around on it and then there was soap scum and hair in the soap dish there was pubic hairs on the sheet in the bed the man there said that charged me $15 more once we got there and then he said either I can pay the $15 or I could not stay there the advertisement says check in time is at 11:00 and check out time is at 11:00 but we got to Perry after driving all night and had to wait till 3:00 in the...
