From the moment we entered we were greeted with a friendly smile and a willingness to help. The facility was exceptionally clean with wonderful amenities. I loved beginning each day seated alongside a lovely pool area not far from a beautiful beach. Our room was clean and the hallways were quiet. We loved our stay at Hotel Lava Beach.

Aqua Suites was an amazing place to stay. The decor was beautiful. The bathrooms were luxurious. There were always plenty of towels including ones for the beach, and soap products. The beds were soft and the pillows firm. Everything was clean. The pool was beautiful and crystal clear, never crowded. The breakfast has a wide variety of delicious fruit and really fresh pastries. The croissants were to die for. And they come to the table to ask you what hot food you want. I ordered an egg sandwich...

The beach was visible, with ocean views from the upper pool. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating upon arrival, departure, and throughout the process. Juan was there to assist us with our luggage & offered up support with a smile. Arrecio (?) Arsenio worked the front desk, always smiling and ready to help at a moment's notice. This is a Lovely hotel with really friendly & helpful staff. You can pay a deposit & have beach towels for the duration of your stay, there are ample comfortable sun loungers, a lovely pool & jacuzzi. Once you leave the hotel, you are straight onto the beach, perfect for a quick swim in the sea or beautiful stroll. Breakfast was very good & available until 10.30 each morning. I would highly recommend this hotel & look forward to going back.

This was the second year in row that I stayed at the XQ El Palacete. I travel a lot for business and leisure and I believe this is one of the best hotels in Europe. The reception staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The chefs and dining room staff were first class. The food was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. This is an excellent facility, so close to lots of amenities and the beach, staff so friendly and helpful. Also this is a very quiet facility every resident we meet was so pleasant. Room had great Wi-Fi and television was available, cleanliness was 110%. Not a single complaint.

Wir bevorzugen normalerweise kleine Hotels, aber dieses grössere Hotel hat uns trotzdem sehr positiv überrascht. Die Atmosphäre war trotz der vielen Zimmer angenehm. Das Essen in Buffetform war sehr lecker, stets frisch und wurde laufend aufgefüllt. Besonders das Frühstück war unglaublich reichhaltig. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber und angenehm. Die Promenade ist sehr schön, und Playa Blancs ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Great hotel, amazing room with a fantastic seaview. Good quality half board buffet. Excellent pools and pool bars. Great staff. The one let down was the tired old rule of long trousera for men in the restaurant. This really has to change, totally outdated. I understand why the rule was originally put in place (to keep up dress standards). The truth is now though that mamy men were in there wearing ill fitting, untidy jeans and even tracksuit bottoms with old trainers or flip flops. Whilst...

Wonderful customer service! The staff were very kind and friendly!!! We took our little furbaby, but the only thing we didn't like is that we couldn't eat in the open area restaurants because of our small furbaby! Which I find it a little bit ridiculous!
