When reported to reception no apology for the inconvenience. Customer service was minimal. Not what I would expect for a 4 star resort."

"Staff were busy but helpful. Clean hotel but a little dated. We had the buffet 1 night and would not recommend the food. Entertainment the night we went was non existent. Pool area was always busy and a sun trap! We went self catering and were happy with the location (4min drive to Caletta de Fuste). "

I especially loved the comfortable rooms, the high-quality breakfast, and the heated pool. A minor downside was the early reservation of sunbeds, but overall, it was a perfect relaxing vacation."
