For a budget stay it's a good value. The room was quiet despite being on a busy road with construction outside. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. A very convenient location near the metro, restaurants, shopping, and convenience stores. My only complaint is the sound echoes through the hallways. Guests were pleasant and respectful but opening and closing doors woke me up in the middle of the night. Air conditioning costs extra. I would definitely recommend this property.

It was ok. It felt a little industrial but it was clean and worked. The bathroom and shower were very small. It was impossible to not get water outside the shower, so everything got wet. The balcony was cement walls, so you couldn't see over but still nice to see the night sky and stars. Nice to have use of the washing machine. There is no dryer (common in small apartments in Europe), so you needed to allow time to hang them on the clothing rack outside on the balcony - which worked fine for us. Bring your own laundry soap. It was far from all the attractions but the metro was close and very easy to use and understand.
