No air conditioning! So hot! The room never cooled off. Couldn ’t keep windows open due to risk of birds getting in the room.
Lowest bed I’ve ever experienced.
Staff was great. Water taxi pickup on checkout day was great! Private transportation services can’t use their dock, only companies the hotel arranges.
Breakfast hours started late for tourist with early tours.
