「Staff was fantastic, room was clean, and my husband liked the tall person friendly shower head! We will be back! Perfect for families staying for soccer just down the road in O’Fallon. 」

「The whole place could use a very very deep clean. The lock to my door didn't work, so I couldn't leave anything in the room to get food places. Even after bringing it up, they didn't want to accommodate me with a room with a working lock. And by working lock, I mean you can physically enter the room without a key card. Since they're pet friendly get ready to see all the leftover pet stains, under UV the place looks like a Jackson Pollock painting. High touch surfaces not cleaned.」

「The staff was nice when we checked in. However we never saw anyone after that. We woke up early to enjoy the free breakfast before our 6 hour drive and they had almost nothing. There was an empty crockpot with dirty tongs, waffle maker was not on and old batter in the dispenser. No warm food available. We had no one to complain to because no one was at the desk to check us out. Only a sign that said “leave your key here”. The room wasn’t dirty, but felt stale and not freshly clean. Not worth the...

「Nobody on staff late night, had to ring bell. Smell of Thau food constantly, not much of a breakfast. No spoons, knives, forks, three cups, no coffee throughout the day, and no napkins. 」

「One of your breakfast ladies was especially kind and helpful to us. Even tho she was busy, she took time to answer our questions. Her name was Tonya (maybe taylia). Our second morning she came and asked if we needed anything else. She was kind and helped make our stay more enjoyable. 」

「The room was misding a few towels and water glasses and had no coffeemaker. The continental breakfast area had tea bags but no hot wster The fire doors that have a sign on them saying Keep shut-were never shut. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the staff were hoid. 」

「Our electricity went out in the bathroom, and t.v. They tried to fix it but they couldn’t figure out what the problem came from. They put extension cord for the t.v. To a different outlet, and another extension cord for a lamp that was put into the bathroom. They did offered to put us up in another hotel, but we had family members in another room so we chose to stay at the Red Roof. Because we chose to stay they did refund our room, which was very nice of them to do so. 」

「Pool was closed by the health department due to cleaning agent residuals. There was dirty towels left in our room. We were only given 2 towels despite checking in 4 people and had to go to check in to request more. Very disappointed!」
