「I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite. Additionally, there were very few amenities included for example, the boat ride was not part of the package, which was disappointing. 「Le concept de l’hôtel en lui même est super. Je ne sais pas si c’était parce que ce n’était pas plein mais je m’attendais à un petit déjeuner style buffet. C’est la réceptionniste qui propose le café un bol de fruit et une omelette J’ai préféré prendre mon petit déjeuner à l’extérieur L’espace cuisine par contre donne pas très envie La réceptionniste est en même temps la cuisinière et la femme de ménage - franchement chapeau à elle super serviable」
