「I stayed in a room on the second floor. The elevator was very unresponsive and very difficult to use. The toaster in the breakfast room was also broken and could not bake bread. I think they should do a little more maintenance on their equipment.」

「I have stayed here off and on for 5 years. First thing was they asked for my credit card to charge incidental, $40.00. If I didn't have issues, I would get it back. The second thing was my room, 218, was so covered up in strong room deodorant, it choked me, made my eyes water. It was terrible. I talked to housekeeping who stated some use strong deodorant and some use not so strong. After unpacking. All of my clothes, shoes, etc smells like it. I had to wash my clothes twice I think you...

「It's clean, large and comfortable. However, there are few places to eat and shop around the hotel 」

「This is my 2nd stay at Pear Tree and everything about this hotel is EXCELLENT which is why I had a return visit. I attended another concert in STL (my home away from home) and Pear Tree's location is always a definite POSITIVE, we were mins away from Enterprise Center which makes everything so convenient. The staff always SUPER HELPFUL IN ALL ASPECTS! SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO MS DORIS (Black lady with salt & pepper hair) YOU ARE THE BEST, THANKS AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING 💪❤️!! See yall soon 😉」

「The location is good, because there are many restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel is not bad, but not so good.」
