"This hotel is an amazing hotel. Its the best hotel I have ever been to. Breakfast is good. The staff are well trained, professional and kind. Especially Parisa and Emma. These 2 were very helpful and nice."

"So maybe the 4 star is unfair but the only reason it’s4 and not 5 is mainly attributable to the ongoing construction adjacent to the hotel where construction was ongoing 24 hours a day and noisy work is reserved for night time! Yes, night time! I stayed at this hotel for a few weeks straight and did not get one night restful sleep because of the extremely loud noise and vibrations. Construction is supposed to be complete by 2028, so I caution travelers to call the hotel directly ahead and ask them about the completion of the construction work. If the work is not complete, I’d only stay there if you’re a heavy sleeper or day time sleeper. Other then that, the hotel is excellent!"

"Food was exceptional especially for breakfast, choices at the buffet was hard to beat and I’ve been all over the world. The lounge also was also fantastic as well, a must have upgrade if you’re staying at a Sofitel. This particular property, though nice is in need of facelift especially in the rooms and hallways. The staff was indeed helpful but it puzzles me why they wouldn’t emphasize languages for better communication it being a hotel that caters to foreigners. Jason the night manager was extremely helpful on my first night in as well."

"Not much to say other than it was a very nice hotel. Very clean, great view, nice staff, very safe (had I'd barriers before the elevators etc.) "

"I liked that there was a laundry room where you could do your laundry, and they would fold it for you and bring it to your room. I also liked that they had a robot that could deliver your takeout or other deliveries. I disliked that the gym had very little equipment and only cardio machines. It should at least have a pull-up machine or a cable machine. I also disliked that packages sent there had to be picked up by yourself instead of being handled by the staff. Overall, the staff was helpful, the hotel was clean, and the location was good."

"The location of the hotel was great. Being part of the Marriott brand, I was expecting better services n standards. Called the front desk on few occasions, but the staff didn’t sounded too friendly. I was also upset that my corridor smelled of soured durian husks for almost half of my stay there. Today surprised that durian was allowed in the hotel and the smell was left to linger for so many days. Totally not something I’ve expected from the brand."
