Great apartment living in a great location. Staff are nice. Cleaning of the rooms could be better. They say the rooms are no smoking yet they provide an ashtray in the room One of our rooms had a faint cigarette smell.

The room was fantastic, and they cleaned and restocked supplies twice a day. There were many great shops within a five-minute walk. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. The WiFi was generally good. I highly recommend this place.

We have stayed at this hotel many times, and as always, it continues to impress us. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and having a kitchenette is a great advantage, especially for longer stays. One of the hotel’s biggest strengths is its excellent location. It is just a short walk from the metro station and Beijing Road, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and everything you may need nearby. Another great advantage is the five elevators, which make moving around the hotel very easy without long waiting times. Overall, this hotel offers great comfort, convenience, and excellent value. We will definitely continue choosing it whenever we visit China, and we highly recommend it.

The location is excellent. Absolutely convenient and has whatever you need and want. A-Mall is just downstairs and Beijing Road is just 5 mins away. However, the room is 50% smaller than seen in the pictures. The room is dated and well-lived in. Tame your expectations and you will be fine.

When we first arrived, we were given a room that was not satisfactory and had an unpleasant smell. Fortunately, the next day the hotel staff changed our room without any issues. After that, everything was perfect. We had a comfortable stay, and we appreciate the staff’s efforts to resolve the situation. Thank you.
