「Good clean room liked it a lot」

「Great location! Their rooms were decent. They advertise that they have a pool but the pool wasn't open (in the summer) and after reading reviews, it seems that the pool is always closed. I signed up for the "pay at the property option" but they charged my card on file 48nhrs before my check in. When I called they said it was their new policy. Again, false advertising. The gentleman on the ohone and at check in was very kind and welcoming. The person at check out was disengaged and barely said 1...
