"This was a great stay ! Near everything ! Very convenient. The parking lot to elevator was sketchy . I felt like I was gunna get assaulted but that had nothing to do with the hotel . I would most definitely stay here again .. if parking came with hotel stay . But it doesn’t . You pay about $50 for parking . $100 deposit also once you get there ."

"The best thing about this hotel was its excellent location. It was steps away from Union Square and walking distance to many stores, restaurants, the cable cars and other SF attractions. The hotel of course is quite dated, being a historic building, and does not have a restaurant on site."

"Is located a couple of minutes away from public transportation. You don’t need a car to go around. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Food at their restaurant is really good. Once you stay there you will come back to stay there."

"Two night stay. The staff was very pleasant. I mentioned I was visiting for the first time and they provided a map of the area and popular places to eat. Both came in very handy. The room was clean and everything functioned well. I would stay here again on another visit to San Francisco."
