"Would not let us check in. We called three separate times first letting him know we would be late due to traffic but he would not take the time to listen, he hung up on is every time. Got to the property to try to talk in person and wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Very rude, we were prepared to get charged for late check in too but didn’t make it in the door and had to drive all over to find another place to stay at 10pm. Luckily key club helped us and very friendly 10 mins away. "

"Cute B&B in a great, walkable location. The owner was very friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. The AC felt nice during the hot summer. The breakfast was good, we were able to try some of her homemade marmalade which was delicious. We parked right outside the city gate in a free parking space in the public parking lot but there was a lot of parking right near the B&B for 3 euro a day. Would recommend!"

"Everything about this stay was fantastic. There was a slight mix up the first day, but it was immediately resolved. We had an issue with our luggage at the airport and they went above and beyond to help. It is a quick walk to the train and close to lovely little cafes. Would stay here again every time. I cannot say enough good things"

"Great location on the promenade and very close to the cruise terminal. Several restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. Breakfast was very basic so would use a local restaurant next time. We used the hotel’s shuttle to then cruise terminal. It was expensive at €17.50 each for less than 5 minute drive so would recommend using a local taxi instead"

"This is our second visit this time we brought friends and family. The hotel is a perfect night before our cruise. The staff is amazing. . Johnny helped us arrange a cab back from the cruise to the airport. For a great rate, we just got off our cruise and our driver was waiting for us with a sign with their name on it nice clean Van drove us to the airport less stress than taking train back to airport on same-day flight. The breakfast is very nice. Has a bit of everything it’s complementary. We are coming back in the near future we will book definitely there again."
