"The resort was phenomenal! Starting with the check in process and the front desk everything was simple. Food was delicious whether you dine at the buffet, the lobby cafe, or at the restaurant. Pool side snacks were delicious and service was exceptional! We ended up becoming members and enjoying the members amenities as well. Rooms were spotlessly clean. We had the Allure room with the swim up pool which was an huge plus if you want to take a dip in the pool late at night. Overall 10/10 experience. We can’t wait to be back. "

"Our second stay. The one bedroom is huge and comfortable. Flamingos is right next door and you can eat at the restaurants there, but is much busier and noisier. The pool, outside spas and beach are lovely. The inside spa is amazing for hydrotherapy. All the people who work there are friendly. Lots of water bottle waste. It would be nice if they could figure out how to get bigger plastic water bottles. True of all of Mexico, unfortunately. The only complaint is the same one true of most of Mexico.
