The pool and beach area were excellent. We had problem the first couple of days with noisy people next room to us but after we complained we were moved to a new room and had no more problem.

I was disappointed at our room, compared to what was shown on Expedia’s website. The cost in Cdn when the room was booked was $135.00 Cdn, actual cost $198.00 Cdn. The room was extremely small, no fridge, no coffee maker. However it did have a safe… The staff at the front desk were somewhat helpful….. The restaurant was very good and staff at the restaurant went above and beyond

I paid for ocean view and a private balcony. Got neither. The room itself was exactly as advertised. Staff were excellent. We enjoyed our stay but every day we were disappointed as we had coffee every morning and a few beer every evening on the balcony looking at the back of another building. The view was the reason for picking the suite.

Bad communication in English at front desk and restaurant!! It took 4 days for someone to fix our tv and the 3 English channels didn’t work good!! And no Canadian channel!! No phones in room! No towels given in room a few days! Had a terrible room to start with!! And no activities or entertainment!! No boogie boards to rent!! I won’t go back!! Worst stay ever!!

Had a great stay in the tower. Lovely view of the ocean and La Cruz. During our stay there was violence in P.V and the staff at Los Picos were amazing to keep us safe, informed and fed during lockdown. Even while I'm sure they would have rathered been home with their families they stayed with us to ensure our wellbeing. We will be back

Pools are huge with lots of canopies. Restaurant Patio at front on water has nice. Good place for breakfast. Rooms in towers had huge baconies that you could have adjoining rooms to. 15 minute walk to Jax's for live bands.

Our room was a very basic hotel room had no window. The sink leaked the safe did not work and the bed squeaked. The hotel did have some nice amenities like the pools were nice and the beach restaurant was nice overall was just OK.

We had a great stay at Los Picos. My family stayed in a suite, pool view. It had everything we needed, including a blender to make those blended drinks!🍹 The only complaint would be the bed and pillows. They're hard. On day 4, after we returned to our suite from an excursion, there was a major flood coming down from the floor above. They were quick to accommodate and move us to a new suite. It didn't impact sny of our belongings thankfully. We appreciated the quick and kind service! The infinity pool and beach is the best part! It can get busy, and the best sun loungers fill early, but we always found seats somewhere

This is a great, quiet, family property. Walkable to all the fun in Bucerias, but you can get away from the action as well. I stayed in the tower, my room was clean comfortable with a great kitchen. Staff and property are great! I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in our clean hotel room at Los Picos. Staff were friendly. The restaurant has great food but just needs to address the wasps that come around. One got in my coffee and I took a swig and it stung the roof of my mouth! Luckily I am not allergic and pain went away fairly soon. We like that we can go in a pool or on the beach. We also felt safe. Our AC worked well. Only 3 English TV channels but that’s ok. The rooms are small but not an issue when you are out most of the day. We hope to be back!

Beautiful setting but a distance from restaurants in Bucerias. Our reservation was wrong and it took two days to move to another room with a fridge and coffee pot. Rarely hot water in the shower. The restaurant on site was average but closed at 8.

The room was great would highly recommend Los Picos The view from our deck was wonderful. The staff were very accommodating and the pools were always close to being empty I will definitely be staying there again. The price was very good and affordable when you look at what you get it was beyond expectations
