Lower level: 1 bdrm, 1 full bath, kitchenette, dining area, living room and wood burning fireplace. Large outdoor gas grill. Large outside fire pit with seating. Spectacular views of beautiful sunsets and wildlife. Great bluegill fishing. Pontoon boat (12 seater) with gas included in cost. (2) Kayaks available for use. Netflix and wi-fi included.
