Inside, find an open living and kitchen area, a delightful dining and sitting sunroom, and a spacious master suite with an adjoining office area. The queen guest bedroom and large king guest bedroom make it an inviting space for relaxation.

Step outside into the backyard paradise where sailboats gently sway in the harbor. The private pool with a sun deck, outdoor dining area, and fire pit create the perfect setting for leisure and entertainment. Embrace waterfront living with 50 feet of deep water dockage, complemented by kayaks and paddleboards for coastal exploration. Wash off after your day at sea with the outdoor shower. Whether you're enjoying the sunroom's tranquility or basking in the sunset by the pool, the Sandbox seamlessly blends comfort with coastal charm.

The residence features two adjustable desks complete with docking stations, widescreen monitors, and Bluetooth keyboards—perfect for individuals who require a dedicated workspace while on the move.

Our residence is a magnet for the stunning natural environment enveloping the Keys. We frequently encounter Manatees, Nurse Sharks, and spotted Stingrays along our seawall. Beyond the water, our surroundings are inhabited by Iguanas and Egrets.

Nearby, you'll find two public beaches and a state park. Coco Plum is a mere 15-minute drive away, Sombrero Beach is just 10 minutes from the home, and Curry Hammock State Park is reachable in 15 minutes.

*This home is not pet friendly.

From November - April, there is an additional $150 charge/week for pool heat already included in your quoted reservation total. We do recommend heating the pool during this time for optimal comfort and enjoyment. You may contact us if you do not want to have the pool heat on, for a $150 discount.

Booking Policies:

Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.

Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.

Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive an Adobe E-Sign contract for signing. Once signed, the contract will be automatically returned to us.

Payment Options: The total reservation charges include credit card processing fees by default. We are happy to accept checks or EFT bank payments with no additional fees, and in those cases, the processing fees can be removed from your total once you confirm your preferred payment method. Credit card payments are subject to the following fees:
– Visa, MasterCard, and Discover incur a 3.5% processing fee (excluding taxes and deposit)
– American Express incurs an additional 0.99% fee (excluding taxes and deposit)

We loved our stay at Sandbox in Marathon. The house was very spacious, extremely clean and completely equipped with everything you could ever need. The views of the water are amazing. The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated.Mallory and Riley from Keys Ocean Vacation Rentals were very helpful and they answered all of our questions right away. We would definitely love to stay there again.
