「Staff is not good no coperative so attitude in staff behaviour」

「Nothing to appreciate. This place is like in a ghetto. Very scary. We got there at night and we cant find someone to work even at the front. The front desk turned the light off to be like a haunted mansion and we say hello to find someone to provide our booking but no one appeared at the time of check-in. The rooms( we book 2 rooms) were too dirty to be a 3.5 stars hotel. Our feet were turned black because of dusty floor. My skin got rashes after i sleep in the blanket. The towels were too dark...

「This hotel has been one of my nightmares. I have never stayed in such an unhygienic place ever in my life. Don't ever think of booking this hotel. The bed had curry marks that literally dried up, and no one cared to wash them. The washroom pot was literally black, unclean, and unhygienic. The washroom lights were not working. I had to complain then they replaced the tubelight the next day. I had to use my phone flash light for the 1st day.」
