「Carole's was well located and comfortable. Communication was good before and during the stay. Carole is very friendly and helpful with ideas of where to go We did have a couple of issues, the TV didn't work and despite her best efforts Carole couldn't get it fixed as it was a weekend. Also rather oddly some guests left without breakfast. Part of the charm of a B+B is meeting other guests over breakfast. 」

Flew in from California to attend the Hamptons International Film Festival, drove 3 hours to get there, and this hotel took it upon themselves to cancel my reservation without ever contacting me the day before I arrived.
