I had to change room because I had no Wifi , and still in the new room the wifi was poor , I was in the 11th floor, also the water didn't have pressure so it was difficult to shower . It was very noisy from the street because they let the windows open in the halls and also the machinery , a loud regular beep that I couln't locate . but the staff was great nice and kind , they are the best in this hotel !

Terrible experiences- bee room slipper been charged of 59peso. The advertised said breakfast which means thought room price should be include with breakfast, which not specifically explains through online agents.

Was here for a 12hr layover. Staff were nice. The room was ok. Very basic. No drinking water. There was a bottled drinking dispenser by the lift but it was empty. Shower didnā€™t work properly. I would not recommend staying longer than one night.
