「TV didn't work but overall stay was good」

「Definitely a cottage! Fun setting. Peaceful and quiet out of the crowds. This rental is set up in the yard of a main home, essentially an on property guest cottage. Make sure you bring food with you or eat before you crash for the night. Closest food stuff was back towards town 10-15 minutes. We used Uber Eats for our meal. Which was fine for us, just wanted to be sure others were aware.」

「Breakfast was less than amazing. Sparse to our taste. Entire property is showing its age. We understand it's under new ownership so perhaps it will be spruced up as it deserves to be. Great location- walking distance to historical downtown and next door to the Hadley Garden. Amenity in bathroom included a bottle of body wash and one tiny bar of soap. Bed was very high and it was difficult to climb into for a short guest without help.」

「A lot more channels on the TV」

「This place was great for my kids and myself. My 11 year old daughter picked this place. She loved it. We didn’t have WiFi or a shower but both of my daughters loved it. The highlight was seeing my 11 yo seeing a banana slug on the redwood tree from the window! Lots of close trail to hike too! The owner was quickly available as well.」

「The rooms were outdated and had clearly not been renovated in years. The furniture was old and dusty, and the room appliances — including the microwave and the hair dryer — were not functioning. When we reached out to the staff for assistance, we received no response.」
