The Space
Step inside Birdie Hideaway and feel the openness of a home designed for gathering. The airy living room flows seamlessly into the modern kitchen, where meals and laughter come together with ease. As the sun sets, sink into a chair by the fire pit and watch the prairie stretch endlessly before you—a backdrop made for unwinding. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create memorable meals, while blazing-fast WiFi, big TVs, and a complimentary coffee and tea bar ensure your stay is as connected and comfortable as you want it to be.

Sleep
Rest comes easy here. The primary bedroom features a plush king bed, while the other two bedrooms offer cozy queens. For extra flexibility, a queen pullout sofa provides additional sleeping options—ideal for groups or families.

Pamper
Mornings begin in spa-inspired bathrooms with walk-in showers tiled floor to ceiling. High-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash await, along with soft Turkish bath towels that add a little luxury to your daily routine.

Logistics
Parking is simple with two driveway spaces, available street parking, and two reserved garage spots for your convenience.

Guests will be sent a door code the day prior to check in.

While we admire and appreciate furry friends, we do not allow them in our space. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay.

We have an outdoor/outward facing camera overlooking the patio space and front door doorbell camera for your safety.
Guests are to obey quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00AM.

No third party bookings. Third party bookings are subject to cancellation without a refund.

No outside visitors (other than guests accounted for on reservation) allowed in the house. If outside guests are brought into the house, you will be subject to a $50/person per occurrence charge.

Please lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.

No smoking/vaping/marijuana inside the unit or building. You may smoke outside on the patio.

Guests who do not check out by 11:00 AM are subject to an additional charge of $30 for every half hour they have not checked out.
