"This was our favorite accommodation on our week of staying in various hotels. It’s not so much a motel… really a condo complex. We loved that the becroom with the two queen beds in it had its own bathroom…with the sink on the outside for more accessibility. There was a living room, kitchen, and anothet full bathroom as well. We had a room with a partial view of the ocean, so could still see the waves rolling in off to one side of our balcony. It was not the RITZ, but it was PERFECT for the four of us sisters traveling together! Loved it! Thanks for having us!"

"The beach view is amazing! The resort is on the older side but very well cared for. Having beach access makes it very difficult to keep sand out of the room, so I would suggest adding small vacuums for the occupants to use since the rooms do not have daily maid service. They did have a broom in the linen closet, but it doesn’t do a great job of getting rid of the sand that makes its way in after walks on the beach. Other than that, I would highly recommend staying here. It’s a nice little resort in a peaceful town. The sauna and pool/hot tub are also amazing additions that help after a long day of sightseeing!"

"Nice place. Wished the balcony and front window were operational for ventilation. It would have been optimal to have morning coffee looking at the ocean from the balcony. Street light shown into bedrooms was not good. Large space for a family. There are quite a few steps to the unit. Hauling Luggage upstairs was an issue."

"Stay was good overall. Location is outstanding, parking was easy, the beach & views were beautiful, and the house was clean.The biggest issue was host communication and lack of attention to small things that would have made all the difference. The nonstick coating on the frying pans was heavily scratched, they’re unsafe to cook with, they need to be replaced. We also tripped a breaker while running the TV and space heaters one night. We searched all over for the breaker box, finding one outside but it wasn’t the right one. I messaged the host, explaining what was going on, and what we tried, and was told the house had no heat, but we could use the space heaters. (Um…) It was clear we were dealing with a third party service. Had it been an actual host, this would have been resolved immediately. They eventually said they’d put in a maintenance request, but the next morning - after having no heat in the house overnight (low 50s at night), or power to half the plugs - we finally uncovered the breaker box, which was hidden behind an art canvas on the wall - by the table, in case you need it! The blinds in the bedroom were broken on the window, and completely removed from the sliding glass doors, making the main room completely exposed to neighbors windows. It felt like we were in a fish bowl. There were a few other little things I won’t mention because after reading one horrific review after another on iTrip Northwest’s yelp profile (1 star average), I’d say we got VERY lucky."

"We absolutely loved our time in Rockaway! The house was wonderful. Our only complaint was that pretty much none of the windows or sliding doors had screens. It was hot the day we got there and we wanted to open the windows to let in the breeze but there were no screens on anything!"

"This is an ideal beach house with great direct access to the beach. This is our second stay at this house and it is always wonderful. Most of our time was spent at the house but you should have a car to go visit all the close by attractions. We went to Seaside, Cannon Beach, Kelly's Marina, Rockaway Beach, Tillamook Factory and Cape Meares.At the house/beach we saw Bald Eagles, Osprey, Pelicans and Deer and went beach-combing each morning. June is a little cold with a high of 60 and low of 50's which was perfect for us Texans. A little scattered rain showers every day but never interfered with our activities.The house and kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. We had beach campfires several nights. Our stay was from June 24-30, 2026."

"The room was clean, they even came in the next day and cleaned the room while we were out running around! Staff was very friendly and helpful… wish the fireplace and the soda machine worked!!!! Other than that we had a great stay …. Awesome beach view !!!"
