"Very clean except for the windows, taking in consideration of seaspray. Difficult to appreciate the great view. Well equipped. Drawback was late entry instructions informing the elevator was broken and condo had 2 flights, which was too late for change. Difficult for a older person. Deck door was broken and unusable as was front window. Quick response on replacing dead batteries on TV remotes. No instructions on TV and remote worked half of the time. Comfortabe beds and bathrooms. Close path to beach and downtown. Had to communicate through VRBO with host."

"The hotel is outdated but not horrible. The main issue was the pool. When we take our family on vacation our kids favorite part is the pool. However, the pool experience here with children is HORRIBLE!!! They have NO seating around the pool and don’t allow chairs to be brought inside. No kids under 14 are allowed in the hot tub even if there isn’t a single other person in the pool area and they spy on you and come and tell you to get your kids out of the hot tub. It was March when we went and it was cold outside. When the kids got done swimming they were cold and asked if they could warm up in the hot tub before going outside and getting colder. I told them to just sit calmly for a few minutes in the hot tub. Within 30 seconds the front desk person came in and told me to get my kids out of the hot tub. There wasn’t a single other person there and they were just sitting there calmly. To top it off they won’t allow you to take the pool towels back to your room. So, you’re cold and have no towel on the way back to your room. I would NEVER stay here again! It is not family friendly. "

"The view was fabulous and the weather was great! The kitchen had all we needed and the accommodations were good. We did, however, get chilled sitting inside. The heat register in the living room was on high and slow to warm and the fire stove didn’t seem to be connected nor could we find instructions for the model. All in all, we had a lovely time. "

"This house is a great place to stay with a wonderful view of the ocean, which is very close. The place features a nice ocean-facing deck, and there is good access to the sandy beach. The property had very comfortable furniture, including great beds with comforters and quilts. The house is very clean. The area is quiet. We had a great stay. "

"It was lovely! Views cannot be beat, having an EV charger was a big plus too! Kitchen was well stocked. Small bedrooms, but very comfortable overall. Plenty of space to spread out in the rest of the house."
