Staff was very friendly and always willing to help with whatever we needed whether it was checking us in a little early on arrival day or cleaning our room when we left later in the day or the bottle of champagne on arrival day. "Lovely clean hotel, always a space on a lounger by the two pools. Great food at the pool bar, polite staff. Great location with good walking and bus links. Had a street view balcony which was huge, and great for street view people watching. Alcudia Old Town was beautiful, would go back tomorrow if I could! "

"The hotel was very nice and and very clean. Staff was very helpful and check in and check out was fast and efficient. Only thing is if you are driving a car, it is hard to find parking near the hotel. There is no parking lots, only street parking. Some days we would have to park 5 blocks down. Just be aware of that, but overall it was a good stay and I would use this hotel again. "

"Clean, modern hotel situated 2 minute walk from the beach. Lots of food restaurants nearby. Continental style buffet breakfast available every morning with a wide range of options to suit everyone. Pool was a good size and sun loungers always available. Best for short stays as hotel could sometimes be a bit noisy, but didn't affect our sleep."
